The Vortex Glass Chiller by Thrill International chills glasses to -35°c in a matter of seconds and uses 'thermal shock' from a blast of CO² which sanitises the glass by removing 88% of bacteria. This leaves an odourless glass and purer tasting drinks, avoiding hygiene issues created by ice from impure sources.
