Vortex Glass Chiller

The Vortex Glass Chiller by Thrill International chills glasses to -35°c in a matter of seconds and uses 'thermal shock' from a blast of CO² which sanitises the glass by removing 88% of bacteria. This leaves an odourless glass and purer tasting drinks, avoiding hygiene issues created by ice from impure sources. Only 5g of CO² are used per second meaning consumption is low.

The Vortex Glass Chiller is available in two models, Cube and SBI. Cube is a freestanding compact glass chiller and SBI is a recessed version, allowing you to intergrate the chiller with your worktop or bar. Both versions are made in Italy from stainless steel with components that can be easily removed and washed in a dishwasher.

Please note that this system requires a liquid Co2 tank (not supplied).  The tank must be of the dip tube type (syphon tube).  The standard bottle connection type supplied is BS 341 N.8 as used in UK and EU. For other connectors, please contact us before purchase.

How to use THRILL

The Vortex Glass Chiller enables you to chill your glass to  -35°c in a matter of seconds using CO², single handedly, thanks to its pressure activated system.

Freestanding or Intergrated

The Vortex Glass Chiller is available in two models, Cube (left) and SBI (right). Cube is a freestanding compact glass chiller and SBI is a recessed version, allowing you to intergrate the chiller with your worktop or bar. Both versions are made in Italy from stainless steel with components that can be easily removed and washed in a dishwasher.

Chilled in Seconds

This graph compares the most common glass cooling methods and measures their effects from 30 minutes before use up to 30 minutes after use.

As you can see, in just 10 seconds the Thrill International glass chillers lower the glass temperature from 21°c to -35°C.

Patented Technology

Thrill International glass chillers have a patented anti-freeze system. It is an original and unique patent, able to meet the requirements of the service industry. They can work continuously for several hours.

Standard or ERT Installation

Thrill International have designed two fuelling systems for the Vortex Cube and SBI chillers: Standard or ERT.

The Extended Range Tube (ERT) feeding system is unique in the industry and allows the tank to be up to 12m away from the chiller whilst maintaing the same cooling and sanitising properties.

The Standard feeding system allows the tank to be positioned up to 2.50m away from the chiller and is ideal for those who are limited in space or want to place the tank near the machine.
