Corrosion Resistance
Because of their constituent parts, austenitic stainless steels such as A4 falls under the category of "active" corrosion protection.
This high-grade stainless steel must contain at least 16 % chrome (Cr) and is resistant to oxidising corrosive
agents. Increasing the Cr content and if necessary other alloy components such as nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo),
titanium (Ti) and niobium (Nb) improves resistance to corrosion.
The A4 range of fixings is perfectly suited to marine application or any environment where a high resistance to corrosion is needed.

Our stainless steel fixings are sold in clearly labelled blister packs making the items easily identifyable and simple to store. The carboard packaging can be recycled. All of our blister packs are priced identically, just the quantities within change according to the product type and size.
