SI 513 Folding Bathing Ladder

The SI513 is a zero compromise approach to boarding any yacht.  The hybrid product concept blends together bathing ladder, boarding ladder and gangway into one multifunctional piece of equipment.  The design team at Besenzoni once again demonstrate their level of innovation with the SI513 and its folding design.  The ladder retracts into an extremely compact cassette thanks its hydraulically controlled folding action, making the installation of this product possible even for projects where space is at a premium.  

Being a fully automatic product, the ladder simply deploys at a touch of a button.  The product functions on a hydraulic system and requires a power pack to operate.  This can either be a standalone unit solely for the ladder (sold separately) or it can be grouped together with other hydraulic products on a centralised system on board.

The ladder is constructed from 316 stainless steel and can be supplied in either a polished or powder coated finish.  The ladder is supplied as standard with solid teak steps which seamlessly extend the yacht's teak deck into the water.  Additonal features include fully automatic handrails that seemlessly deploy when the ladder is operated.  The added security of the handrails on both the port and starboard side of the ladder, combined with the adjustability of the deployment angle, make the SI513 one of the most user friendly models available on the market.  The steps are self-levelling, making boarding easy and safe for all users.  

The SI513 Aquarius features an electronic sensor system which can be used to alert the helm when the ladder is deployed and can for instance be used to immobilise engines.

This bathing ladder is available in 2 different lengths: 9 steps or 11 steps.
