Wound 5 Micron Sediment Filter - 10"

A 10" wound 5 micron sediment filter for water desalination systems.

This filter is also referred to as an oil and water separation filter and is positioned as a pre-filter in a watermaker set-up. It is important to keep an eye on the condition of these filters to ensure a well-working desalination system. The filters are compatible with Idromar watermakers but are also compatible with other brands. In an Idromar installation, this 5 micron filter is positioned next to a 20 micron filter or a carbon filter in the filter housing. • 10" 5 micron filter for commercial pre-filters only
• Requires replacement when the filter is visually dirty or becomes black
• Always replace during winterisation
