Heat welded vinyl, quited effects with waterproof performance
Heat welding is a specialist process available across many of our vinyl products, designed to create beautiful, quilted-style effects without compromising the material’s performance. Using large tooling and precise heat, patterns are embossed directly into the surface of the vinyl — without puncturing the fabric — meaning the material remains fully waterproof and hard-wearing. This technique not only enhances the look of the fabric but also helps maintain its shape, preventing unsightly sagging or stretching over time. Perfect for outdoor cushions and upholstery, heat welding offers a premium, textured finish with lasting durability.

Heat Welding
Heat welding is a fantastic option for exterior cushions. These brilliant effects offer the look of quilted fabric but are completely waterproof as the surface of the material is never punctured. With a heat welded fabric, visible stretching of the material is much reduced and therefore 'sunken' or 'sagging' patches are avoided. Combine these welded effects with plain material for a mixture of textures and a high end finish.
The heat welded materials are sold per metre and delivered 140cm high rolls.
