Constant Voltage Top View Neon Strip
Constant voltage LED neon strip is a linear light product that requires a particular input dc voltage to operate, usually 12Vdc or 24Vdc. CV strip features limiting resistors on the circuit board and can be paired with more cost effective constant voltage LED drivers in a mains voltage environment or connected directly to low voltage circuits on board yachts or vehicles. Constant voltage strips are the original LED strip type and are a perfect solution for shorter runs and applications where even illumination along a long length of lighting is not an important factor. Usual maximum lighting lengths for CV strip is around 10 metres powered from one end but this can often be increased to 20 metres if powering from both ends.
