Stitching

Many of our fabrics and vinyls are available with pre-stitched patterns. Rolls of material can be supplied with quilted patterns, removing the time consuming and pain staking process of hand stitching the fabric. A number of standard stitching designs are available which can be applied on request to the vast majority of our materials. In addition, a pre-selected range of vinyl is available off-the-shelf in a selection of colours and quilting designs.

Details

Quilted fabric has become a sign of quality and exceptional craftmanship. Quilted materials and leather are often featured in the most luxurious vehicles, vessels and on some of the worlds finest furniture. Our pre-stitched quilting service now permits this detailed finish to be used much more easily and cost effectively. Thanks to modern advances in vinyl production, large amounts of material can now be quilted by machine, as opposed to by hand, which offers a level of accuracy of finish which is second to none.

Our Oasi fabric is available from stock in three standard stitch patterns in 4001 Bianco (white) and 4018 Beige. These two vinyls in the various stitch patterns and colour combinations is available to buy in cut lengths. Other fabrics can be stitched upon request however they will be subject to a minimum order quantity of 60 metres.
