Exciting 2024 Partnership with Pacyfic: Premium Yacht Upholstery Now Available

We are excited to announce a new partnership in 2024 with renowned yacht upholstery specialists Pacyfic. Based in Ostróda, Poland, Pacyfic produces interior and exterior cushions and upholstery sets for some of the world’s leading yacht manufacturers. We can now deliver this same service to UK customers, bringing a high-quality solution for a competitive price.  

We aim to make the process of producing an upholstery set as simple as possible. Working directly from the client’s CAD 3D data, we are able to offer an accurate quotation according to the type of material chosen, the stitching style, any design details or embroidery and the internal foam type. We work with the client to arrive at the correct specification for the upholstery set, right down to the smallest details.  

Once an order has been raised, in a matter of a few weeks, the first set is manufactured and delivered to the yard. The manufacturing process has been developed into a very efficient one. Patterns are developed from the 3D drawings and material is all cut using the latest computer numerical controlled machines (CNC), promising 100% accuracy from set to set. A large team of highly skilled sewers transform these patterns into the finished covers ready for assembly with the foam core elements. The foam specified is also cut either by CNC or by hand depending on the design required. Finally, the two parts are brought together, and the upholstery set is delivered to the client. Timage remains on hand to check the fit of the first set and ensure any issues are rectified as quickly as possible. However, by working from the 3D CAD data, we can be sure that the upholstery produced will be very faithful to the drawings provided. It is normal to expect a few changes to be made once the items are delivered and fitted. These can be documented, and the 3D file updated ready for series production. 

Pacyfic occupies two manufacturing facilities in Ostróda, Poland. With a vast 16,000sqm of production space, all flooded with high levels of natural light, the upholstery is produced in an immensely clean and organised environment. Established in 1982, Pacyfic has grown into a key player in the upholstery business employing 300 members of staff.
